Learning Support Assistants are needed for September 2025!

As we reach the end of this academic year, the colleges we work with are looking to recruit new Learning Support staff in preparation for September.

Reed will be hosting recruitment events in our North-West London Colleges for anyone interested in joining their SEND teams.

Details of the events are below:

Location: HarrowTime: July 2025

Required Experience/Skills for this role

• Experience working with students/young adults in either a high school setting, college setting, or support and care setting.
• Training in Special Needs Education to understand strategies and resources for supporting SEN students.
• A good understanding and commitment to Safeguarding.

What to expect…

The recruitment events will be hosted over the summer at various campuses in or North-West London Colleges. You may be expected to complete a group interview and a written task. The recruitment events give people a chance to visit the college and showcase their experience and skills to our hiring managers.
