We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant who is a team player, with the ability to use initiative and be adaptable and flexible in their approach to work, with excellent interpersonal, communication and IT skills.
Swalcliffe Park School provides specialist residential education and care for around 70 secondary aged boys (10-19 yrs) all of whom are on the Autism Spectrum. We offer excellent working conditions in a beautiful environment, including paid school holidays, opportunities for career development and staff training.
We are currently seeking to employ a highly motivated and professional Learning Support Assistant to join our established team. Duties include supporting Key Stage 3 and/or 4 students in a range of learning situations both in school and within the community.
Working as a Learning Support Assistant you will uphold the vision, holistic ethos and policies of the school and work in compliance with the school’s Quality of Life Framework.You will work collaboratively with colleagues to help ensure that the school maintains an “Outstanding” Ofsted judgement for the quality of education and care provided for all students.
