Learning Support Assistant - Reeson Education : Job Details

Reeson Education is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work in primary schools across Enfield, supporting children with special educational needs from September 2025. The Learning Support Assistant will work directly with pupils who have autism, SEMH, or moderate learning difficulties, ensuring they receive the personalised help they need to succeed.

• Daily pay: £82.14 - £100 depending on experience

• Full-time, term-time only role

• Work across schools in Edmonton, Palmers Green, and Southgate

• 1:1 and small group SEN support in EYFS, KS1 and KS2

• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant in a school or SEN environment

• Patient, resilient, and adaptable

• Passionate about inclusion and helping children reach their full potential

• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn
