Learning Support Assistant - Reeson Education : Job Details

• Location: Canary Wharf, Tower Hamlets

• Start Date: 15th September

• Contract: Full-time, term-time only

• Pay Rate: £85 - £105 per day

A welcoming primary school in Tower Hamlets (near Canary Wharf station) is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join their team and provide tailored support for pupils across KS1 and KS2.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs.

• Assist teachers in delivering lessons by adapting resources and supporting classroom activities.

• Encourage independence and build pupils' confidence in learning and social settings.

• Help monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and parents where appropriate.

• Support behaviour management strategies to ensure a positive classroom environment.

• Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar capacity.

• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children's needs.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• A strong commitment to ensuring every child has access to quality learning opportunities.

• Competitive daily pay of £85 - £105 depending on experience.
