Teaching Assistant Location: AshfordSalary: £19,047.60 - £19,297.20 (for 39 weeks, inclusive of paid break and annual leave)Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 4:30pm

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team dedicated to supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We are looking for enthusiastic, resilient, and committed Teaching Assistants who are ready to make a real difference.

You’ll be working closely with young people to help them achieve across the curriculum, while also supporting their emotional and social development.

Essential Requirements:

• GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics (or Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy)
• Strong communication skills with both children and adults
