Learning Support Assistant - South East LondonSecondary Schools across South East London are working with Prospero Teaching to bring in new cohorts of Learning Support Assistants for September 2025. ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support to pupils Year 7-11 Assist the class teacher in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum. Support children with additional needs, including those with EHCPs. Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals. What You'll Need to SucceedA patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
