Learning Support Assistant – Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)

Location: Northampton

Start Date: September 2025

Contract: One-year fixed term (maternity cover)

Pay: £90–£100 per day

REED Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive school in Northampton to recruit a Learning Support Assistant for a one-year maternity cover contract starting this September.

The Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with additional learning needs.
• Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored interventions.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is desirable.
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
