Tradewind are working with a rural and welcoming school in Havering, who are looking for permanent SEN learning support assistants to join their team. The school is on multiple bus routes and has a car park if you drive (this is easily accessible by car to anyone living in Redbridge, Barking and Dagenham, Havering and parts of Essex).

The school is a two-form entry primary school close to Romford. It is set in a peaceful location surrounded by fields and country parks, the school has large outdoor learning areas and a dedicated Forest School. It is known for its supportive and friendly staff team, with a strong focus on inclusion, outdoor education and holistic child development.

Key Information:

• Start Date: 1st September 2025
• Location: Havering
• Year Groups: to be confirmed (flexible from EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2)
• Role: Learning Support Assistant supporting pupils with SEN across the primary phase
• Contract: Full-time, permanent (1-year contract to start )
• Salary: £18,842 - 27,729 (depending on experience)
