Learning Support Assistant - SEN Schools - GrimsbyLocation: GrimsbyContract Type: Long-term & short-term roles availableSalary: £90 - £95 per dayReed Education is working in partnership with several SEN schools across Grimsby and we’re looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our team. If you have a background in SEN support, or transferable experience working with vulnerable children or young people, this could be your next role.Key responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils with a range of needs including autism, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs
• Assisting with personal care and sensory regulation where required
• Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver individualised support

You will need:

• Relevant experience in SEN or a similar support role
• Passion for inclusive education and helping young people achieve their potential
• Additional training such as Team Teach, Makaton or PECS is highly desirable
