Location: Godalming, Surrey

Job Type: Permanent

We are inviting a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our educational team. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of students by providing tailored learning support.

Day to day of the role:
  • Offer one-to-one and small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
  • Assist in developing and implementing individual education plans.
  • Work closely with teachers to track and support student progress.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a UK school setting.
  • Proven experience working with academic needs.
  • NVQ Level 2 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Committed to helping students achieve their highest potential.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Minimum pass grade in GCSE English and Maths.
