The role involves working alongside classroom teachers to support the learning and progress of our students, delivering intervention strategies, and providing personal care for those who require additional support. Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering educational interventions.
• Support the learning and progress of pupils through tailored assistance.
• Deliver specific interventions and personal care to pupils who require extra support.

• Encourage students to reach their full potential by maintaining high expectations.
