Learning Support Assistant

We are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant for a Primary School in M23 to work on a day-to-day basis starting after February Half-term!

Your role & responsibilities as a Learning Support Assistant:

• Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs
• Assist students in understanding and completing classroom assignments and projects
• Help implement Education Healthcare Plans and accommodations as required
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support when necessary

Non-negotiables:

• Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs
• Knowledge of and commitment to inclusive education practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
