Cameron's Cottage is the RSPB's new residential centre for young people embedded within the stunning woodlands at RSPB Franchises Lodge in the New Forest.
What's the role about?We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic team leader to co-ordinate and deliver RSPB programmes for connecting young people with nature at Cameron's Cottage, including managing seasonal staff and volunteers.
This role is well suited to applicants with demonstrable people and communication skills, who are organised, self-motivated, with experience of working with a range of youth organisations you will be engaging and inspiring young people about nature.
