About the Role
As our Learning, Culture and Engagement Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning learning, development, culture, and engagement initiatives with our strategic priorities. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer and working closely with key teams across the business, you'll ensure that both our direct UK-based colleagues and extended international workforce are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and environment needed to thrive.
You'll be instrumental in developing leadership capabilities at all levels, fostering a high-performance culture that puts customers first. Key Responsibilities
- Cultural Leadership: Develop and deliver a comprehensive strategy for cultural transformation that aligns with our business objectives. Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture where leaders enable their teams to act in service of our customers.
- Learning & Development: Shape and implement innovative training initiatives across all levels-both internally and with outsourced partners-that align with our strategic goals.
- Diversity, Equity, Belonging & Inclusion (DEBI): Lead our DEBI plan while continually assessing organisational health and implementing effective strategies.
- Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement through tools and measurement strategies that enhance overall satisfaction across the organisation.
- Thought Leadership: Provide expert advice on best practices in culture transformation and DEBI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with People & Culture teams, business leaders, internal comms teams, and external partners to develop solutions that meet strategic aims while delivering value and service excellence.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of five years' experience in senior learning or organisational development roles within fast-paced environments (ideally tech-focused or contact centre settings).
- CIPD qualification (MCIPD or FCIPD), with additional certifications in areas like coaching or psychometrics being highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in designing leadership development programs that align with cultural transformation goals.
- Experience embedding agile learning approaches using modern technologies to support change.
- A strong track record of building successful employee engagement strategies backed by data-driven insights.
- Passion for integrating DEBI into leadership and culture initiatives.
- Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery.
