?? What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead engaging training sessions across a variety of health and social care topics – from safeguarding and manual handling to emergency first aid and medication.
- Design and develop innovative training programs that energise learners and meet regulatory standards.
- Champion continuous improvement by evaluating training effectiveness and refining materials to ensure best practice.
- Support new starters with tailored induction training and keep existing staff sharp with regular refreshers.
- Drive professional growth through initiatives like our Care Professional Learning Academy and in-house leadership development.
- Keep us on track by managing training calendars, records, and compliance with KPIs.
? What You’ll Bring:
- A Level 3 PTLLS qualification (or higher).
- Proven experience delivering training in the health and social care sector.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence in managing e-learning platforms and navigating compliance.
- A strategic mindset for budget management and unlocking funding opportunities.
