Key Responsibilities:

  • Support employees to identify professional, vocational and leadership development needs across the Service
  • Design, deliver and evaluate engaging learning and leadership development programmes
  • Provide expert feedback using diagnostic tools
  • Lead and coordinate coaching programmes
  • Produce reports on the impact of learning initiatives
  • Act as a Programme Lead and Trainer for leadership and management programmes
  • Provide professional advice and coaching to support learning objectives

Experience/Qualification

  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management, Coaching and Mentoring or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant degree level qualification or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in designing and delivering leadership and management initiatives
  • Skilled facilitator and coach
  • Experience in managing developmental programmes and interventions
  • Able to evaluate learning and provide continuous improvement
  • Experienced communicator
  • Knowledge of learning and development theories and their practical application
