Learning and Development Consultant

Due to our ongoing expansion as a global group of companies, we are looking to hire a L&D professional keen to pursue a career in training and delivery. We are looking for someone with some experience in either facilitating or training delivery. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering blended learning across the businesses (recruitment, consultancy, head office) both F2F and online.
• Designing and delivering systems training to new and existing users.
• Continuous design, maintenance, and delivery of training.
• Supporting the on-boarding of new people to the business.
• Responsible for managing the e-learning L&D platform.
• Supporting the ongoing development of our assessment offering.
• Designing and developing additional learning solutions.
• Managing relationships with existing system providers to get training support.
• Managing the apprenticeship process.

In addition to delivering & evolving our Learning & Development offering, you’ll be involved with supporting career & promotional opportunities and driving competency standards.

We’d love to hire someone who has L&D, sales, recruitment, or systems experience. This supports your credibility in doing the role. You’ll need to demonstrate the ability to deliver L&D in a supportive, fun, and progressive way.
