Lead System Administrator (Windows / M365 / Azure) - True North Group : Job Details

TrueNorth are working with a global fintech organisation based in Newcastle who are looking for a Lead System Administrator to join the team.

You will report to the Head of IT and operate as the hands on Lead for the team as well as having a team of 2-3 people reporting into you - it would be great if you've had experience leading a team before, but we're also interested in people that have guided and mentored people, that may be looking for their first step into leadership.

It's a great opportunity to own and shape the day to day IT operations for this organisation.

Key skills and experience we need:

• Extensive experience as a hands on system administrator
• Windows Server
• M365 suite of technologies
• Azure
• Endpoint configuration and management, including InTune
• Some experience in managing, leading or mentoring team members

It's based in Newcastle City Centre, with parking available onsite as well as great public transport links - the role will be hybrid working with 3 days per week in office.

We have a starting salary of up to £60k (heavily dependant on your experience and interview), plus benefits.
