We are now seeking a qualified and experienced Engineering Teacher to take on the role of Lead Practitioner of Engineering from September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on the development of the Engineering curriculum, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
- Support and mentor colleagues within the department and across the school to share best practice
- Deliver outstanding lessons at Key Stage 4 and potentially Key Stage 5
- Contribute to raising attainment and improving student outcomes in Engineering and related subjects
- Work with school leadership to support whole-school teaching and learning priorities
The successful candidate will:
- Be a fully qualified teacher with a specialism in Engineering or a related discipline
- Have a proven track record of excellent classroom practice and raising student achievement
- Be committed to continuous professional development and supporting others
- Demonstrate leadership potential and the ability to drive departmental improvement
