Job Advert Role Description

Shaftesbury Mews is located in the Jordanstown area of Belfast, off the main road on the Antrim coastline. It offers residential and nursing support to 18 people, who are on the autism spectrum, or have a learning disability. The home can also support those with physical health needs and a brain injury.

We are looking for a Lead Nurse to join the team at Shaftesbury Mews. 

As a Lead Nurse, you would be responsible for overseeing nursing operations across three bungalows, supporting the Service manager and Deputy Home Manager with day-to-day tasks, including off duty, and governance (audits). 

This role will require lead nurse to work mainly in female bungalow due to workload. 

No extra office hours are provided. 

We are looking for:

Registered Nurse - RGN, RMN or RNLDExperience working in a similar environment Willing to attend further training for the role if training needs are identified
