Reports to: Operations ManagerLocation: Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK office or near a major dock in the UK Note: This role requires flexibility to travel throughout the UK and worldwide, sometimes at short notice and during anti-social hours when vessels are in port.

• Lead major overhauls on medium and high-speed engines.
• Effectively manage a team of engineers, allocating specific tasks on a job-to-job basis.
• Ensure delivery of jobs within agreed timescales.
• Investigate faults and develop effective solutions.
• Maintain daily contact with customers on-site, providing progress updates and managing work scope variations.

• In-depth knowledge of medium and high-speed engines and ancillary equipment.
• Strong management skills, including motivation, training, and development.
• Proven ability to lead major engine overhauls.
• Experience in the marine and offshore industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of QHSE standards.
