Lead Investigator, People Relations - 12 month contract - Euro London : Job Details

We’re looking for a Lead Investigator to join a People Relations team for a 12 month temp contract.

The Lead Investigator role will sit within a team of workplace investigators and will be working for a leading global media and entertainment company. 

The role itself: 

• Lead investigations into workplace issues such as harassment, bullying, discrimination across a wide range of business areas. 

• Ensure investigations are conducted with confidentiality, empathy, and fairness, while adhering to EU, state, and local laws, as well as internal policies.

• Partner closely with legal, HR, security, and inclusion teams to resolve complex employee relations cases with integrity and insight.

• Support the Senior Director by mentoring other investigators, allocating cases, and enhancing investigation processes across the region.

What we are looking for: 

• Experienced Employment Investigators - ideally 5 years +

• Deep understanding of employment law and people policies across the EMEA region.

• A natural communicator with the ability to handle sensitive matters with compassion, discretion, and professionalism.

• Comfortable working remotely and flexibly, supporting colleagues and cases across different time zones.

• An additional European language would be beneficial for the role

You’ll be joining a values driven team that leads with heart and expertise — balancing business acumen with human centred approaches.  

The role is full time and can be fully remote. However, for payroll purposes candidates must be UK based and being in commutable distance to London would be very benficial.
