Lead Generator - Recruitment Solutions (North West) Ltd : Job Details

We are working with a well-establish client who is looking for a Lead Generator with a passion for sales.

Your main purpose for this role is to assist the sales team in generating new business opportunities by booking appointments with potential clients.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct high volume outbound calls to prospective clients (B2B) / warm leads
• Identify and Qualify prospects based on the client needs
• Be knowledgeable on the products/services that is offered by the company
• Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the Sales Team
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly activity and appointment targets
• Accurately log all call activity, prospect information, and outcomes in the CRM system

What we are looking for:

• At least 1 year experience working in Telesales / Sales environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Negotiation skills to be able to persuade clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
