Salary: £25,000 per annum basic + £36,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
Location: Altrincham

Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8:45AM - 5:15PM

About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing organisation, currently seeking a Lead Generator to join their high-performing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone either with previous sales experience or looking to begin a career in sales. Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound B2B calls to potential clients
- Identify and qualify sales leads for the Business Development team
- Conduct initial fact-finding conversations to assess client needs
- Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly call activity targets (100+ calls per day)
- Work collaboratively within a supportive and results-driven team environment
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales or telesales role is beneficial but not essential
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage time, calendars, CRM systems, and emails effectively
- Resilient, with a proactive and positive attitude
