Are you a motivated, energetic sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-based environment? This is an exciting opportunity to support a leading name in the automotive industry by driving new business through qualified lead generation.
This hybrid role, based in Dunton, is ideal for someone who loves speaking with people, is confident on the phone, and is hungry to hit targets and earn incentives.
Key Responsibilities:Make high-volume outbound B2B calls to identify and qualify sales opportunities
Build rapport quickly with decision-makers and book quality appointments for the field sales team
Meet daily activity targets (150+ calls/day and up to 15 meetings booked/day)
Clearly communicate product offerings and benefits
Keep accurate records of all interactions in Salesforce
Deliver key campaign messages and support ongoing marketing activity
Work closely with internal stakeholders to support sales pipeline growth
Fluent/native French speaker (essential)
Strong B2B telephone sales experience
High energy, proactive, target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a structured environment with clear KPIs
Experience in the automotive industry is a major plus
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an advantage
3-month contract with high potential for extension
Hybrid working: 3 days a week in the Dunton office (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) ideally
