The Role:

• Lead and own the estimating process across a variety of projects
• Manage material takeoffs and quantity surveys
• Collaborate with project teams from preconstruction through to execution
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and support detailed bid submissions
• Engage in strategic discussions around pricing, risk, and value engineering

The Person:

• Proven experience as a Lead Estimator or Senior Estimator in a construction or manufacturing setting
• Strong takeoff, cost analysis, and bid preparation skills
• Comfortable staying hands-on throughout the lifecycle of a project
• High-level Excel skills
