All food is freshly prepared on site with handmade tacos and salsas.As the Lead Chef, you will be* Preparing homemade tacos and salsas from scratch as well as preparing al pastor* Working alongside the owners to produce authentic Mexican food* Managing HACCP, temperature checks and stock levels* Leading and training a team of chefsOpening hours are Monday to Sunday, 11:30 - 00:30Working hours are 5/7, 48 hours per week Our ideal candidate would be* A strong Chef at either Chef de Partie Level or above with a proven background in Mexican cuisine or a tacoria* Experienced at cooking authentic tacos and Mexican food * Genuinely passionate about Mexican cuisine * Able to take the lead in the kitchen* A strong leader with good communication skills and the ability to train others* Willing to learn and develop* Flexible and willing with a positive mannerInterested?
