You’ll handle drafting and negotiation for a wide range of costs matters, including:

• ?? Personal Injury

• �? Clinical Negligence

• �? Industrial Disease

• ?? Credit Hire

• ?? Commercial Litigation

Expect to:

• Draft bills, budgets, and statements

• Advise clients and attend CCMCs/CMCs

• Review files thoroughly using Proclaim and CostsMaster

• Negotiate with opposing parties and drive results

? Solid experience as a Law Costs Draftsperson? Strong drafting skills across various claim types? Confident with Proclaim, CostsMaster, and CM systems? Attention to detail and ability to meet billing targets? A proactive, self-starting attitude
