Laser / Press Brake Operator - Talk Staff : Job Details

Are you an experienced Laser Operator with a passion for precision and quality? Join a dynamic and growing production team where your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality metalwork and fabrications.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

• Experience operating industrial lasers is essential
• Knowledge of bending machines and press brake operations is beneficial
• Familiarity with TruTops software (advantageous)
• Positive attitude, team player, and proactive approach
• Strong ability to work unsupervised and with initiative
• Willingness to learn and support others within the team

Within this position, you’ll also be:

• Operate industrial laser cutting machines (CO2 & Fibre)
• Work with press brake machines (LVD experience preferred)
• Use TruTops software for setting and operations
• Interpret job sheets and ensure accurate, timely output
• Adhere to safety procedures and quality control processes
• Operate a forklift (training provided if required)
• Communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers
• Handle various materials and operate within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Salary & Working Hours

Afternoon – Monday to Thursday, 2:30pm – 1:00am (4-day week)
