As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Large Format Screen Print Operator to join our production team.

You will be responsible for operating our large format screen printing presses, producing high-quality prints to exact specifications. This hands-on role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.

• Set up, operate, and maintain large format screen printing equipment
• Mix inks, prepare screens, and ensure accurate colour matching
• Work from artwork and production specifications to produce outstanding print results
• Maintain equipment and keep the workspace organised and safe
• Collaborate with the production team to meet tight deadlines and client expectations
• Uphold quality control standards throughout the print process

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced – previous experience in large format screen printing is highly desirable
• Technically skilled – with knowledge of screen preparation, ink mixing, and press operation
