We are now looking for a Land and Property Information Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.

The Role
As our Land and Property Information Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of a range of council services focused on our geographic infrastructure.
This will include Local Land Charges, Street Naming and Numbering, Community Infrastructure Levy, and the Corporate Land and Property Gazetteer.
You will also monitor the financial aspects of S106 Legal Agreements, administer the Assets of Community Value, whilst acting as the first point of contact for the Office of National Statistics for CENSUS and the Council’s GIS projects.
Managing a small team, you will ensure services are delivered efficiently, legally, and to a high standard, provide technical expertise on land charges and CIL, and ensure robust governance and financial monitoring processes are in place.
Additionally, you will:
- Oversee maintenance of the Local Land Charges Register and process CON29 searches
- Administer Street Naming and Numbering, and the Assets of Community Value Register
- Represent the Council in consultations, committees, and external forums
About You
To be considered as our Land and Property Information Manager, you will need:
- Experience and knowledge of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)
- People management experience
- Project management skills
- An understanding and awareness of the functions of Local Government organisations
- The ability to understand and interpret legal documents and legislation
- To be comfortable working with complex datasets and managing large quantities of spatial and non-spatial data
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A relevant degree or equivalent or a Local Land Charges accreditation with LLCI and/or advanced knowledge and significant experience in a Local Land Charges environment, dealing with CON29 Searches and associated matters
