Laboratory Shift Team Leader - Elevation Recruitment Group : Job Details

Elevation Recruitment Group are proudly working with a specialty metals manufacturer in South Yorkshire, to recruit a Laboratory Shift Team Leader.

Shift Pattern: 4 on (2 days, 2 nights), 4 off

Salary: based on experience ranging from £28,000 - £35,000. The role attracts a Rota premium of £6,500 per annum on top of the salary

Duties of the Laboratory Shift Team Leader will include:

• Lead and direct a shift team of Analysts
• Booking in samples
• Undertake routine and non-routine analytical work
• Report results

We are keen to speak with Laboratory Shift Team Leaders

• HND or equivalent in either Chemistry, Metallurgy or Materials Engineering
• Expertise In Metal And Refractory Materials
• Supervisory Experience
• Excellent Communication And Team Leadership Skills
