Lab Technician - Acorn by Synergie : Job Details

Acorn by Synergie are recruiting for Production/Lab Operatives for their client based in Harlow Roles available are temporary-to-permanent, and offer an immediate start. The company offer full training, excellent working conditions and genuine opportunities for progression Hours of work: * Monday to Friday * 8am - 5pm * 40 hours per week Rate of pay: * Starts at £10.60 per hour (will increase after completion of all training and a successful probation period) * There are enhanced rates payable for overtime The job role will include: * Testing construction materials * Recording the test results * Plate load testing * Testing and sampling of concrete and asphalt * Working in accordance with UKAS accredited quality system * Adhering to strict health and safety procedures The ideal candidate will * Have experience in a general labouring and testing work * Be highly motivated with the ability to work alone or as part of a team * Ideally have a CSCS card although this is not essential * Ideally have a full clean driving licence * Be able to prioritise workload and multitask * Have excellent communication skills The benefits of working for Acorn at this particular client are: * Weekly Pay * Accrued Holiday Pay * Pension Contributions * Dedicated Account Manager * Access to the Acorn Rewards Scheme * Free parking Please apply straight away as there are immediate starts available
