L&D Coordinator - Arts - Handle Recruitment : Job Details

Handle have partnered with a creative Arts company who are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join their fantastic team

As the L&D Coordinator you will reporting into the L&D Manager and supporting with the successful delivery of the internal learning programmes and outreach initiatives

Working alongside the wider HR team, you will be the first point of contact for all Learning and training queries, coordinate training courses and maintain the LMS.

The ideal candidate will currently be working in an L&D role or be a HR Assistant with a focus on L&D. You must have the passion and drive to work in a fast-paced and creative company supporting an exceptional L&D Manager

You must have strong attention to detail and a curious mind, as well as have the drive and ambition to want to continuously learn and develop both individually and professionally.
