What You'll Be Doing:Championing Learning: Supporting the class teacher to deliver outstanding lessons, bringing creativity and enthusiasm to the KS2 curriculum.
Fostering Growth: Working with small groups and on a one-to-one basis to provide targeted support in literacy and numeracy.
Creating a Positive Space: Assisting with classroom management, promoting positive behaviour, and ensuring a safe and happy environment for all children.
Inspiring Young Minds: Helping to prepare engaging learning resources and setting up inspiring classroom activities.
Being a Team Player: Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the wider school community and its ethos.
Previous experience working with children, ideally within a KS2 setting.
A genuine passion for education and a desire to see every child succeed.
A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children, staff, and parents.
A minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
An enhanced DBS on the update service, or a willingness to apply for one.
Competitive Pay: Attractive daily rates (£90 - £115 per day, depending on experience).
