We are looking for a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a pupil in a friendly primary school in Retford for the summer term.

As a 1:1 KS2 Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting a child's learning and development, ensuring they thrive in the classroom. You'll work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored assistance, foster confidence, and create a positive learning experience.

• Experience supporting children in KS2 (1:1 or small groups preferred) for ideally six months or more.
• A Cache or NVQLevel 2 (or higher) Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
• Patience, adaptability, and a nurturing approach to individual needs.
• Ability to build rapport with pupils and assist with learning activities.
• The ability to easily commute to the area of Retford, Nottinghamshire.

• Competitive daily rates (£88.94 - £95.00 per day inclusive of holiday pay and based on experience).
• Temporary summer placement with potential for further opportunities.
• Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant.
• Safeguarding compliance - we can help with obtaining an enhanced DBS certificate if you do not have one processed within the last year.
