About the Role:

As a KS2 Teacher with TLR at this one form entry primary school, you'll have the opportunity to lead and inspire colleagues, making a significant impact on teaching and learning across the school. In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you'll take on a leadership role with specific responsibilities, contributing to the school's continued success and development.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences for KS2 students, ensuring academic progress and personal growth.

Lead a subject area or key initiative within the school, driving improvements and raising standards.

Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.

Contribute to curriculum development, assessment, and data analysis to inform teaching and school improvement strategies.

Play an active role in the wider school community, including participating in meetings, events, and extracurricular activities.

Uphold the school's values and ethos, promoting a positive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and substantial experience teaching in KS2.

Demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of successful collaboration and innovation.

Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching pedagogy.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
