KS2 Teacher - Phase Leader

At Engage Education, we are currently looking for an ambitious and creative Primary Teacher for a fantastic Primary School in Ealing. This is a role to start from September 2025.

This is a permanent position, however, the school would consider fixed term if preferred.

The school has curated an enthusiastic team of teachers and support staff who focus on the development of both teachers and pupils. They offer a warm and welcoming environment where staff feel valued. If you have a proven track record of raising attainment within schools and have a passion for building confidence in young people, we’d love to hear from you!

The ideal candidate has:

• Full QTS (no ECT's)
• Experience in planning and delivering lessons to a high standard in KS2
• Experience teaching UK National Curriculum
• Confidence in teaching all abilities
• Great behaviour management skills
• The ability to think fast and adapt lessons accordingly
