The RoleYou will take full responsibility for a Year 4 class, planning and delivering well-sequenced lessons that build fluency, reasoning and rich writing. You’ll use assessment to drive progress, contribute to year-group planning, and create a purposeful classroom culture where every pupil is challenged and supported.
