Kronos Functional Consultant (Long-term Contract)Contract / Kronos / UKG / Workforce Central / Dimensions / 6-12 Months / Netherlands / 2 days p/w on-site (Central Amsterdam)We’re seeking an experienced Kronos Consultant to configure, support, and optimise UKG Workforce Management solutions across Timekeeping, Scheduling, Pay Rules, and Compliance. This role requires strong technical expertise, knowledge of Dutch labor law, and the ability to work with HR, Payroll, and Operations stakeholders to deliver accurate and compliant workforce solutions.Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Kronos modules (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, WIMs, Attendance).
• Translate HR, Payroll, and Operations requirements into effective Kronos configurations.
• Interpret CBAs and ensure compliance with Dutch labor laws and union rules.
• Support system testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and production stability.
• Build reports and dashboards using SQL and Kronos reporting tools.
• Support Kronos Cloud (UKG) upgrades, rollouts, and global deployments.
• Document specifications, test cases, and training materials.
• Deliver end-user support and mentor junior consultants.

Core Skills (Essential)

• 6+ years’ hands-on experience with Kronos (UKG) Workforce Central or Dimensions.
• Expertise in timekeeping, scheduling, compliance workflows, and payroll integration.
• SQL proficiency and knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL).
• Experience with Kronos Activity Module and labor cost tracking (desirable).
• Familiarity with Dutch labor law and European implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
