Korean speaking Junior Banker - Trade Finance - K-People Europe Limited : Job Details

K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007.

Our client, a reputable international bank located in the heart of City of London, is looking for a Korean speaking Junior Banker - Trade Finance who will assist Letter of Credit and Trade Finance processing

[Key Responsibilities](1) Log in and number all Reimbursement Authorities received from Issuing Banks and adjustment thereto.

(2) Log in and process all Reimbursement Requests received from beneficiaries under letters of credit.

(3) Advise and check all Reimbursement Requests received.

(4) Check all negotiation documents received under Letter of Credit.

(5) Process to approval stage all Reimbursement Requests, check testing, cash disbursements and advising

(6) Head Office and beneficiaries of all payments.

(7) Process all Reimbursement claim Register, Payment in KINS system.

(8) Keep KINS system and all documents filing cabinet up to date.

(9) Liaise with treasury regarding funds for payments and positioning our entries.

(10) Keep the Trade Finance Procedures Manual under review for amendments.

(11) To perform all other duties as may be reasonably be requested by the 'Head of Corporate Banking’.

[Requirements](1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English

(2) Attention to detail with excellent numerical skills

(3) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

(4) Excellent MS Office skills

[Conditions](1) Location: City of London (Bank area)

(2) Working hours: 8:30am~4:30pm

(3) Annual leave: 31 days in the first full calendar year and thereafter increased by one day per year into maximum of 36 days (including 8 Bank/Public Holidays)

(4) Basic salary: 28~30K

(5) Benefits: Group Personal Pension Scheme(Employer contributes 8% of basic salary), Life Assurance, Private Medical and Dental Insurance, Annual Health Check, Season Ticket Loan, Eye care Voucher, Annual Bonus Scheme(full calendar year required)
