A leading international law firm focused on private capital and high-profile individuals is seeking a part-time Knowledge Lawyer to support its growing litigation practice. This newly created role sits within a well-established Knowledge team and will work closely with a Senior Knowledge Lawyer to enhance legal training, know-how, and innovation across the Dispute Resolution division.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Education:
- Lead the planning and delivery of internal legal training programmes.
- Identify relevant topics, prepare materials, source speakers, and chair sessions.
- Deliver training in-person and via digital platforms.
Legal Technology & Innovation:
- Assess and implement new tech solutions relevant to dispute work.
- Participate in testing, roll-out, and promotion of legal tech tools.
Knowledge Management:
- Monitor legal developments and produce internal updates and bulletins.
- Revise and maintain precedents and guidance notes.
- Encourage and curate fee-earner contributions to the firm's know-how system.
Legal Research & Support:
- Provide guidance on complex legal and procedural issues.
- Assist fee-earners with research and strategic input.
Risk & Compliance:
- Collaborate with compliance teams to maintain documentation and procedures.
Profile
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' PQE in international commercial litigation.
- Experience in specialist areas such as insolvency, fraud, data protection, or white-collar crime.
Qualifications:
- England & Wales qualified solicitor.
- Strong academic background.
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent organisation, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong research capabilities and familiarity with legal databases and journals.
- Interest in training and digital media.
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across jurisdictions.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary estimated between £75,000 and £100000, depending on experience.
- Contract: Part-time (3 days minimum), with potential to expand to full-time
- Probation Period: 6 months
- Notice Period: 12 weeks
