Key Stage 2 Teacher - Maternity Cover (Year 3/4 Class)Location: RugbyStart Date: September 2025Contract Type: Maternity Cover (Autumn and Spring Terms)Salary: £150-£180 - Based on experience

A welcoming and supportive primary school in Rugby is looking to appoint a passionate Key Stage 2 Teacher to cover a maternity absence from September 2025 through to the end of the Spring Term 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established school with a strong community ethos and dedicated staff.

The Role:

• Full classroom responsibility for a Year 3/4 class as a Key Stage 2 Teacher

• Monitor pupil progress and maintain accurate records

• Contribute to the wider life of the school

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

• Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2 preferred

• Positive, reflective, and adaptable approach to teaching

• Commitment to pupil development and well-being
