Reebok Europe are looking for an Account Marketing Lead, you will be directly reporting to the Headof Marketing and will be the key point of contact for a specific area/territory, managing relationshipswith strategic business partners and key accounts across the sport and lifestyle offence. - Lead marketing strategy and seasonal initiatives for key European accounts
- Develop tailored strategies aligned with brand goals and seasonal plans
- Create and execute campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels
- Manage cross-functional teams and agencies on content, media, influencers, training, and activations
- Collaborate with PR, social, and creative teams to brief and align on campaign messaging
- Track and analyse performance to improve results, ROI, and overall effectiveness
- Manage annual marketing budget with clear resource allocation and financial accountability
Person Specifications:
- Fluent in German at business level, with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in trade/account marketing or managing retail brands, ideally within sports, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
- Strong background in account and online marketing management, with experience working with platforms such as Zalando and About You
- Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends
- Highly collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills; experienced in leading brand plans across marketing, sales, and merchandising to deliver tailored, best-in-class product campaigns
