Please note we ideally looking for KAM with PAYE Umbrella experience as the role is managing large corporate clients accounts across the city. The base salary is £35,000 but as you will earn commission from day one, the successful candidate will earn £50,0000 year one.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with large, established accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth, retention, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored payroll solutions that meet client needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to maximise account potential.
- Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide expert guidance on PAYE Umbrella solutions, ensuring compliance and client confidence.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years in key account management.
- PAYE Umbrella Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with PAYE Umbrella schemes, including compliance and legislative requirements.
- Large Account Management: Demonstrable success in managing and growing large, established accounts with a focus on long-term relationships.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation and business development skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to addressing client challenges.
- Organisation: Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Central London.
