Key Account Manager - i2i Recruitment Consultancy : Job Details

Must Have’s• Proven account management or client-facing experience• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills• Strong commercial awareness and sound decision-making ability• Demonstrated experience in managing projects and achieving performance targets• Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

Nice to have’s• Experience working with clients in service-led industries (e.g. marketing, media, tech, or B2B environments)• Understanding of Health & Safety and sustainability principles in business• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders or high-profile accounts• Familiarity with CRM systems and tracking/reporting KPIs

So what will you be doing?• Managing a portfolio of clients while fostering long-term, productive relationships• Supporting the wider commercial team in achieving sales and retention targets• Leading projects to ensure high-quality client delivery from planning to completion• Identifying opportunities for account growth and new business development• Attending client meetings and providing hands-on support when required• Championing best practices in health, safety, and sustainability• Consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs with a focus on client satisfaction
