Key Account Executive - Accomplish Today : Job Details

Base salary £35,000. Realistic ote £50,000+ as you will inherit active accounts.

Working Hours 37.5 hours pw

You will be required to attend the city office 3 days a week. Please note as part of the role you will be required to attend client meetings. presentations, training sessions and entertain clients ie lunches and varous sporting events.

Responsibilities

• Managing and nurturing their key accounts to maintain and grow business relationships
• Increase the number of referring consultants and enquiries within your patch
• Act as a main point of contact for your clients
• Address and resolve clients queries
• Follow up with all clients within your patch regularly to ensure their needs are being met and to identify new opportunities to cross or up sell service
• Maintain a record of existing accounts, record account/consultant profile information/ activity and competitor insight on the Sales CRM
• Account map every account to identify key stakeholders
• Assist in deliverying legislation/ umbrella training courses
• Attend face to face agency visits

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months experience in the PAYE Umbrella or Payroll Solution industry
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Superior organisational skills, with ability to work independently with minimal support
• Previous experience collaborating
• Experience in working with and maximising usage of internal systems and Sales CRM system
