Are you a pro-active self motivated individual with great admins skills, top customer service and knowledge of Excel? Our client based in Uxbridge are seeking a Key Account Co-Ordinator to join their busy Sales Admin and Support team to to
- Provide high level customer service
- Onboarding key account new customers/sites and integrate internally
- To be involved and assist in defined projects within National and Key Accounts
- To proactively maintain the Digital Smart portals as well as any National and Key Account asset registers maintained by the business.
- Coordinate any commercial demands between the customer and the business to serve as the contact point to help resolve day to day issues
- To foster and strengthen relationships within key accounts so as to maximise any sales opportunities for the Sales Team, leading to retention of customers
- Prepare reports on key account performance, trends, feedback and attend regular review meetings.
- Good communication to coordinate internal departments including Service, Sales & Accounts
