Junior Test Analyst - £30,000-£40,000 - Hybrid (Bristol, 3 days per week)

We're looking for a Junior Test Analyst to join a collaborative team in Bristol. You don't need x number of years of experience, if you've worked in QA or testing (especially in a smaller team where you've worn many hats), this could be your chance to grow your skills in a supportive environment.

What you'll do

• Assist in creating detailed test plans, test cases, and coverage based on requirements
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing
• Log and manage defects, ensuring fixes are validated
• Work closely with developers, BAs, and project managers to align on objectives
• Maintain test documentation for future reference and compliance
• Suggest improvements to testing processes and tools
• Keep stakeholders informed with progress updates and risk assessments

What you'll bring

• Some hands-on testing/QA experience. Agile exposure is ideal
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps)
• Understanding of different testing techniques and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Clear communication and collaborative approach
• Bonus: Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g. MS Playwright)

Salary: £30,000-£40,000

Location: Hybrid - 3 days/week in Bristol office
