Sustain Holdings Group is a growing UK-based importer and distributor of paper and plastic packaging products. We source globally — from China, Egypt, and other key markets — to deliver competitive pricing and high-quality products to our customers. Our current portfolio includes till rolls, restaurant order pads, labels, strapping, and other consumable packaging products.
We’re expanding and looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our team, help generate new business, and grow existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers in our target markets (wholesalers, distributors, large retailers, and food service suppliers).
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and book meetings for the senior sales team.
- Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Support the sales process from initial contact to order confirmation.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (B2B preferred, but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
